The short version
Splash Fall doesn't collect any personal data. There are no accounts, ads, analytics, or tracking, and nothing about you or your room leaves your Apple Vision Pro. The one exception is up to you: if you're signed in to Game Center, your scores and achievements go to Apple's Game Center.
What the game uses while you play
- Your surroundings. With your permission (Settings › Privacy & Security › Surroundings), Splash Fall uses Apple Vision Pro's scene understanding, the shape of your walls, floor, ceiling, and furniture, so paint can land on real surfaces. It's kept in memory only while the game is open. It isn't saved, and it isn't sent anywhere.
- Where you are in the room. The game uses your head position to place troopers and panels in front of you. This stays on your device.
- Your eyes and hands. You aim by looking and pinching. visionOS keeps your eye movements private. When you pinch, the game is told only which object you pinched on and where, plus the position of your pinching hand at that moment, so paint appears to leave your hand. It never learns where you're looking otherwise.
What's stored on your device
Your best scores, campaign stars, settings, and progress toward achievements are saved on your Apple Vision Pro so they're there next time. They're deleted when you delete the app.
Game Center
Splash Fall uses Apple's Game Center for leaderboards and achievements, and it's optional. If you're signed in to Game Center on your Apple Vision Pro, the game sends it your scores and the achievements you earn, so they appear on the leaderboards and your profile. Game Center is run by Apple and covered by Apple's privacy policy. Nothing from it is sent to us. You can sign out, or choose who sees your profile, in Settings › Game Center.
What we don't collect
Splash Fall doesn't collect or share:
- personal or contact information
- location, photos, camera, or microphone data
- device identifiers, advertising data, or usage analytics
The app contains no third-party code for ads, analytics, or tracking. Apart from Game Center, it makes no network connections.
Crash reports
If you've chosen to share analytics with app developers (Settings › Privacy & Security › Analytics & Improvements), Apple may send us anonymous crash reports and diagnostics. You can turn this off at any time.
Children
Splash Fall doesn't collect personal information from anyone, including children.
